All the support you need for your servers is right here. The datacenter is staffed 24/7/365 with a security guard, and support engineers. If hardware stops working, needs to be replaced or has any other problems we are here to help.

Ionity has on-site spares of every component in your server, on site. So we are able to quickly replace a failed component. Ionity also maintains complete redundancy in our network equipment. All of our Juniper network equipment is under support agreement from Juniper Networks as well.
